Before a building permit for the construction of a gas station is issued, Council shall approve the issuance of such permit and such land use shall be consistent with Resolution 11-73, passed December 3, 1973, the Zoning Code.
Council, in determining whether to approve the issuance of such permit, shall take into account traffic hazards, location saturation and proximity to schools and churches.
