1341.01 DURATION OF BUILDING PERMITS; EXTENSION OF TIME.

(a) Building permits issued by the City shall be operative for a period of six months from the date of issuance. The start of excavation shall be deemed commencement of the work to be performed under such permits.

(b) The City Engineer, for good cause shown, may grant an extension of an additional three months.
