Residents of the Hubbard Exempted School District and City of Hubbard taxpayers and their guests are given priority on the use of the City parks and facilities.
(a) No person in the park who claims to be a Hubbard Exempted School District resident shall refuse or fail to produce and exhibit adequate identification proving residency upon request of any Park Supervisor, Park Attendant, Park and Recreation Board Member, or Law Enforcement Officer who wishes to inspect the identification for the purpose of determining that the provisions of this chapter have been complied with.
(b) Persons who are guests of residents may use facilities when they are in the company of a resident. Such resident shall be responsible for the conduct of such guest during the time he/she is in the park.
