935.05 WATER USAGE IN CEMETERIES.

Maple Grove Cemetery, St. Patrick’s Cemetery, and the public grounds water meter of Hubbard Union Cemetery are hereby authorized and provided un-billed water utility service for the purpose of maintaining the cemetery grounds and graves. The water usage in said facilities shall be charged as un-metered/un-billed system loss and be factored as a component of the overall water rate.
