913.02 DUTY OF PROPERTY OWNER TO CONSTRUCT AND REPAIR.

The owners of all real estate bounding and abutting upon any duly dedicated and accepted street or road within the City are hereby required to construct or repair, in compliance with the State Department of Transportation Construction Specifications, sidewalks thereon, in conformity with the established grade of such street or road.
