913.01 SIDEWALKS REQUIRED FOR NEW COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTIONS AND ADDITIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS IN COMMERCIAL AREAS.

(a) Sidewalks shall be constructed fronting all new commercial constructions in the City and all additions to existing buildings in commercial areas, in accordance with construction standards of the City.

(b) Before a building permit is issued for any new construction or additions referred to in subsection (a) hereof, the permittee shall agree that sidewalks shall be so constructed.
