909.01 SHRUBBERY, PLANTS OR TREES OVERHANGING SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

No owner, occupant or other person having control of land abutting any sidewalk shall allow shrubbery, plants or trees to overhang such sidewalk in such a manner as to interfere with the normal use of such sidewalk by the public. (Ord. 1000. Passed 9-20-48.)
