905.08 BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS REQUIRED.

No person engaged in or employing others in excavating or opening any street, sidewalk, alley or other public way shall fail to have such excavation or opening fully barricaded at all times to prevent injury to persons. No such person shall fail to install appropriate warning lights which shall be visible at night. (Ord. 39-67. Passed 10-16-67.)
