905.04 RESTORATION OF SURFACE EXCAVATED.

The restoration of the pavement or other surface excavated shall be performed under the direction and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Service or his duly authorized agent. (Ord. 39-67. Passed 10-16-67.)
