737.09 TAXICAB DRIVERS; AGE REQUIREMENT; OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person under eighteen years of age and no person other than a duly licensed operator under the laws of the State shall operate a taxicab on any street or alley of the City. (Ord. 10-77. Passed 3-21-77.)
