733.01 WARNING SIGNS AT GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS REQUIRED.
   (a)   No owner or operator of any gasoline service station in the City shall fail to post warning signs, in all respects similar in size and color, or larger, as the ones required at the effective date of this section (Ordinance 11-79, passed March 19,1979) at self-service pumps, to read "No Smoking" and "Turn Off Engine". Where two pumps are in tandem at any gasoline sales location, only one such warning sign shall be required for both tandem pumps. (Ord. 11-79. Passed 3-19-79.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 11-79. Passed 3-19-79.)
