No licensee under Section 729.04 shall advertise a going-out-of-business sale earlier than three days prior to the date on which such sale is licensed to begin. Advertising of such sale shall state the date when the sale is to begin and, during the last fifteen days of such sale, such advertising shall clearly and prominently state the date upon which such sale will end.
