721.06 MISCELLANEOUS OPERATING REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Any game room shall have an adult who is twenty-one years of age or over on the premises and supervising at all times the game room during all hours of operation.
   (b)   The interior of the game room shall provide minimum area per coin-operated amusement device equal to the size of the device plus one foot of area on each side plus an area of four feet in front of the device.
   (c)   No alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed on the premises of any game room.
   (d)   Order and quiet must be maintained on the premises so as not to violate the public peace.
   (e)   Such license shall be displayed by the exhibitor in a conspicuous place within his place of business and in close proximity to the electrical or mechanical amusement device licensed therein.
   (f)   No persons under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted on the premises of any game room before the hour of 4:00 p.m. on any day the City schools are in session unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian.
   (g)   The violation of any provision of this section shall be sufficient reason for suspension or revocation of the license, however, a violation of any provision of this section shall not be a criminal violation.
   (h)   The applicant must furnish to the Mayor evidence of public liability insurance for bodily injury in the minimum amount of one hundred thousand - three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 - $300,000) and for property damage in the minimum amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
