709.05 BOWLING ALLEYS; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.

No person shall open or operate a public bowling alley without first obtaining a license therefor from the Mayor. Such person shall pay a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for the first alley and five dollars ($5.00) per year for each additional alley.
