709.03 MINORS IN BILLIARD ROOMS OR POOLROOMS.

(a) No person under the age of eighteen years shall be employed in or allowed to play billiards or pool in or permitted to remain in any billiard room or poolroom for any purpose. (Ord. 1883. Passed 3-5-58.)

(b) No owner or operator of a billiard room or poolroom shall permit any such person to be in violation of subsection (a) hereof.
