§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.
   Except as defined in §§ 70.30 and 70.31, all words and phrases used in this title shall be defined according to their common usage and meaning, or as defined in Minnesota Statutes, including specifically M.S. Chapters 168 and 169, as they may be amended from time to time.
