§ 151.64 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   No subdivision shall be recorded that does not meet the requirements of state statutes or regulations, or the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to sell, lease, trade or otherwise convey any land not in accordance with these regulations.
