(A) Violation defined. Any person, firm, corporation or other legal entity, which violates this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day the violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Injunctive relief. The City Council may enforce all provisions of this chapter through proceedings for injunctive relief as may be proper under the laws of the state. The City Council may initiate action to prevent, restrain, correct, abate violations or threaten violations. Further, anyone violating the provisions of this chapter shall reimburse the city for all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the city in enforcing the provisions of this chapter including obtaining injunctive relief.
