§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 91.01 and 91.02 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 92.15 through 92.18 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
   (D)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 92.30 and 92.31 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, plus, in either case, the cost of prosecution. The term PERSON as used throughout this division (D) and §§ 92.30 and 92.31 includes firms and corporations.
