§ 92.30 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established recreation areas and picnic grounds on lands leased by the city and known as Steven Chambers Scout Camp.
   (B)   This area is designated solely for Scout organizations unless prior approval is obtained from City Council.
