§ 92.17 GLASS.

No person shall possess any container which is made exclusively of glass, or exclusively of glass except for the lid or stopper, within the Birch Cove Beach area. For purposes of this section, the term POSSESSION shall include the location of any container within a motor vehicle which is owned by or which was driven by any person which is located within the Birch Cove Beach area, excepting any container which is located within a locked trunk of a motor vehicle.
