No person shall consume intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor in the Birch Cove Beach area. No person shall have in his or her possession any bottle or a receptacle containing any beverage having an alcoholic content which has been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, within the Birch Cove Beach area. For purposes of this section, the term POSSESSION shall include the location of any bottle or receptacle within a motor vehicle which is owned by or which was driven by any person which is located within the Birch Cove Beach area, excepting any bottle or receptacle which is located within a locked trunk of a motor vehicle.
