§ 72.068 APPLICATION TO UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   The conditions and regulations prescribed in § 72.067 shall apply to all bicycles, motor bicycles or motor scooters operated upon any public street, highway or sidewalk, of this city whether or not licensed hereunder.
