1060.06 COLLECTION SCHEDULE AND REGULATIONS.

The City Manager shall provide a program for the collection and disposal of all solid waste accumulated in the City. This program shall be adopted by City Council resolution from time to time and is hereby incorporated by reference for enforcement purposes.
