§ 12-112 SPECIAL PARKS AND RECREATION FUND.
   (a)   A special fund called Special Parks and Recreation Fund is hereby established.
   (b)   All monies received from the county pursuant to the interlocal agreement shall be held in said Fund for the purposes for the purchase, establishment, maintenance or expansion of parks and recreational services, programs and facilities.
   (c)   All expenditures from said Fund will be for use as authorized by K.S.A. 79-41a04.
