(A) Annual registrations are due by September 30 of each year or within 30 days of the structure becoming vacant.
(B) Where the owner of a vacant structure has failed to register that property by the September 30 deadline, a registration fee in an amount as set by the City Council from time to time shall be administered.
(C) If at any time the information contained in the registration form is no longer valid, the property owner or his or her agent shall file a new registration form containing current information within 30 days. There shall be no fee to update the current owner’s information.
