The Superintendent shall be responsible for the general supervision and care of the cemetery. He or she shall cause to be dug any graves for which proper permit has been previously delivered to City Hall. Grave diggers shall be responsible to the Superintendent. A Superintendent may require additional notice when the ground is frozen. He or she shall have charge of all disinterments and shall perform such other duties as directed by rule or action of the City Council.
