The Cemetery Committee shall consist of five members, appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. One of such members shall be appointed for one year, one for two years, one for three years, one for four years and one for five years, and annually thereafter re-appointments or new appointments shall be for a term of five years or to complete an unexpired term of five years. Such Cemetery Committee shall make recommendations to the City Council regarding rules and regulations for the operation of “Evergreen Cemetery” consistent with law.
