7-1-14: NONRESIDENT USERS:

All water users situated and located outside of the corporate limits of the city shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter. Charges for water consumed by all water users situated and located outside of the corporate limits of the city, shall be one and one-half (11/2) times the rates herein set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 136, 9-13-1990)
