6-2-3: NONPROFIT SALES, PERMIT REQUIRED:
A person, group or organization may contact the city clerk in advance of a proposed sales activity and obtain a sales permit from the city clerk. The permit may be issued by the city clerk to a nonprofit group or organization, with priority being given to groups or individuals from the city and then Boise County. (Ord. 134, 5-10-1990)
