Complete sign permit applications will be reviewed by the Zoning Administrator and within ten days of the receipt of the complete application and the application fee and either approved, denied, or returned with requested modifications. Any applicant who feels a denial is not justified has the right to appeal the decision to the City Council, and to appear on the next regularly scheduled meeting for which proper notice can be given and for which agenda space is available.
