Wherever the regulations made under the authority of this Title require a greater width or size of yards or courts, are more restrictive as to height of building or permit a less number of stories, or require a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied, or impose standards which are more restrictive than are required by any other City Ordinance or regulation, the provisions of this Title shall govern.
