9-10-1-2: ORIGINAL LOTS OF RECORD:
Any single lot or parcel of land, held in one ownership, which was of record and a legal lot at the time of adoption of this Title, but does not meet the requirements of the zone in which it is located for minimum lot width or area, may be utilized for a permitted use if all other requirements of this Title are met.
