2-3-2: PENALTY:
One convicted of violating this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of violation may be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 177, 1-14-1998; amd. 2008 Code)
