A. Council Final Approval Required: No subdivision plat required by this title or the Idaho Code shall be admitted to the public land records of Boise County or recorded by the county recorder until such subdivision plat has received final approval of the city council.
B. Construction: No public board, agency, commission, official or other authority shall proceed with the construction of or authorize the construction of any of the public improvements required by this title until the final plat has received the approval of the city council.
C. Permits For Construction: No permits for construction of any structure shall be issued on any parcel or lot until it has been determined such parcel or lot meets the requirements of this title. (Ord. 193, 12-13-2001)
D. Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation dividing or conveying property in violation of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this title is committed, continued or permitted and, upon conviction of any such violation, such person shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
