10-1-4: INTERPRETATION:

All subdivisions as herein defined shall be submitted for approval by the council and shall comply with the provisions of these regulations. These regulations shall supplement all other regulations, and where a conflict with other laws, regulations, ordinances or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
