In order to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of present and future residents, and to bring about a coordinated and efficient development of the city, the following regulations contained in this title for the subdividing of land within the city and area of impact of the city are hereby adopted. These regulations are authorized by Idaho Code title 50, chapter 13; title 67, chapter 65; and the Idaho constitution article 12, section 2, as amended or subsequently codified.
