The Horseshoe Bend Comprehensive Plan adopted by Horseshoe Bend as of September 9, 2009 shall apply within the unincorporated part of the Horseshoe Bend Area of City Impact.
A. Title 8, Chapter 2 Street Naming System Ordinance shall apply to all property within the Horseshoe Bend City Area of Impact. Street names and addresses shall be assigned by Horseshoe Bend. Existing street names and addresses in the Horseshoe Bend Area of City Impact, not in compliance with the Street Naming System Ordinance at the time this section goes into effect, shall not be changed until address changes are necessary for address continuity.
