9-10-3: ZONING RIGHTS OF WAY AND ANNEXED LAND:
All streets, alleys, railroad rights-of-way, canal rights-of-way and other public ways, if not otherwise specifically designated, shall be deemed to be in the same zone as the property immediately abutting upon such alleys, streets, public ways, waterways and railroad rights-of-way.
