1-8-5: RECORDS:
   A.   A transcribable verbatim record of each hearing shall be made as required by Idaho Code section 67-6536, which record shall be kept for a period of not less than six (6) months after a final decision on the matter. Minutes of the hearing shall be kept by the city clerk or other person designated by the governing body, and shall be maintained as a permanent record by the city clerk.
   B.   Written applications, written testimony and other written exhibits shall be maintained for not less than three (3) years from the date of the hearing. (2008 Code)
