1-7-1: POLLING TIMES:
   A.   Hours: At all general and special elections conducted within the city, the polls shall be open at twelve o'clock (12:00) noon and remain open until all registered electors of the precinct have voted or until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day, whichever comes first.
   B.   Proclamations: Upon opening the polls, the precinct judge will make the proclamation that the polls are open; and thirty (30) minutes before closing the polls, the precinct judge will make the proclamation in the same manner advising of the closing of the polls. Any elector who is in line at eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. shall be allowed to vote, notwithstanding the proclamation that the polls are closed to vote. (Ord. 175, 8-13-1997)
