A. Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of the council shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month in the building known as the city hall, except that when such regular meeting falls upon a legal holiday, the same shall be held on the following business day.
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the council may be called at any time by the mayor, or by one-half (1/2) plus one of the members of the full council, and in each instance, the object of the call shall be submitted to the council in writing, which call and object, as well as the disposition thereof, shall be entered upon the journal of the clerk.
C. Time Of Meetings: All meetings shall begin at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. unless a different time be specified for special meetings in the call of such special meetings. (Ord. 132, 2-15-1990; amd. 2008 Code; Ord. 233, 5-12-2010; Ord. 267, 1-12-2022)
