§ 33.101 ACQUISITION OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY.

Any real or personal property acquired by the Library Board shall be acquired and held in the name of the Board, that is in the name of the Board of Trustees of the City-County Public Library. In the event of the dissolution of the Board, as organized herein, the property shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of § 33.102.
