§ 33.102 DISSOLUTION OF BOARD.
   The Library Board shall continue in perpetuity; but it may be dissolved by majority vote of the Board of Trustees or by ordinance or resolution duly adopted by either the City Council of the city or the county's Fiscal Court. In the event of the dissolution, the library shall continue operation under KRS Chapter 173, that is as a regular city library; and the five members of the Board of Trustees appointed by the Mayor of the city shall comprise the Board of Trustees of same, all in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 173. In the event of dissolution, all properties and funds in the possession of the Board shall be turned over to the successor Library Board and all contracts and obligations shall be assumed by the successor.
