§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not specifically imposed shall be subject to such penalties as are provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 130.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 130.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $100 or imprisoned for not more than 50 days, or both.
   (D)   Any person violating any provision of § 130.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $100, nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. This division shall not apply to any offense which is a felony under the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
   (E)   Any operator of an aircraft in violation of § 130.10 shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each offense. Each day shall constitute a new offense.
   (F)   Violation of any of the provisions of § 130.11 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and will subject the violator to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $100, or up to 30 days in jail.
   (G)   Violation of § 130.12 may result in denial of entry into a restricted building or restricted portion of a building, or an order to leave the building or portion of a building. If an employee of the City of Hopkinsville carries a concealed firearm or other deadly weapon into or on any restricted building or restricted portion of a building, disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal from employment, may be imposed.
