(A) Lot owners shall request permission to construct flowerbeds on right to burial and/or any cemetery property.
(B) Flowerbeds are the sole responsibility of the owner.
(C) Flowerbeds shall be kept within 12 inches of the grave monument.
(D) Flowerbeds must be properly maintained and free of unsightly weeds and/or grass. If it is determined by cemetery management the flowerbed is unsightly due to lack of care, cemetery management reserves the right to take necessary corrective action including removal of the flowerbed so to preserve the beauty and appearance of the cemetery.
(E) Landscaping materials (mulch, wood chips or stones) must be confined within landscaping border. It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain the area. If the landscape becomes an unsightly eyesore, it is the duty of cemetery management to take corrective measures to preserve the beauty and appearance of the cemetery.
