(1) The following rates are hereby established, to take effect May 1, 2005.

(c) Grave opening Monday through Friday: $725 each.
(d) Grave opening Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays: $970 each.
(e) Infant burial Monday through Friday: $220 each.
(f) Infant burial Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays: $440 each.
(g) Cremation burial, Monday through Friday: $120 each.
(h) Cremation burial Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays: $265 each.
(i) Disinterment charges: $1,595 each.
(2) The following rates are hereby established to take effect July 1, 2007.
(a) Grave price, $690 each.
(b) Grave price, Reeder Section, $1,235 each.
(c) Grave opening Monday through Friday, $825 each.
(d) Grave opening Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays, $1,100 each.
(e) Infant burial Monday through Friday, $250 each.
(f) Infant burial Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays, $500 each.
(g) Cremation burial Monday through Friday, $135 each.
(h) Cremation burial Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays, $305 each.
(i) Disinterment charges $1,650 each.
(B) Cave Spring Cemetery.
(1) The following rates are hereby established, to take effect September 1, 2005.
(a) Grave price: $605 each.
(b) Grave opening Monday through Friday: $725 each.
(c) Grave opening Saturday, Sunday or city-declared holidays: $970 each.

(h) Disinterment charges $1,650 each.
(C) General. No grave openings or closings or funerals will be permitted on Thanksgiving or Christmas days.
