(A) The public cemeteries shall be under the supervision of the Department of Public Works.
(B) The Department shall make monthly reports, when necessary, of such matters pertaining to the cemeteries as ought to be considered by the City Council, and all contracts made by it, or other things done by it in regard to the cemeteries; and also of all needed repairs, done or contemplated by the Department.
