§ 157.05 RULES FOR INTERPRETATION OF BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   Incorporated and made part of this chapter is a map outlining the boundaries of the Residential Enterprise Zone.
   (B)   The Residential Enterprise Zone boundaries follow either property lines or natural or man-made features as they exist.
   (C)   Any dispute regarding the boundary and/or the status of property eligible for incentives will be resolved by Community and Development Services during a regularly scheduled meeting and prior to any plat (preliminary or final) approval.
   (D)   An aggrieved property owner may appeal the decision of Community and Development Services, per § 157.10.
   (E)   The boundaries of the Residential Enterprise Zone can be amended at any time by the City Council through the amendment of this chapter and the adoption of a map which reflects the addition or deletion of the Residential Enterprise Zone boundaries. A change in the Residential Enterprise Zone boundary shall follow the same procedure as a zoning amendment as provided for by the Kentucky Revised Statutes Chapter 100.
   (F)   Properties within the SUD 41A Zone, which extend outside of the Residential Enterprise Zone, may have the entire tract included in the Residential Enterprise Zone. Said tract would be eligible for incentives outlined in § 157.06 and be made part of the Residential Enterprise Zone without amendment by City Council upon annexation of the property.
   (G)   Inner-city neighborhoods are denoted on the map as areas with special needs and require additional incentives.
