(A) Any owner/developer, builder, contractor, subcontractor, or buyer who feels aggrieved and wishes to appeal the decision of Community and Development Services may do so by submitting a written appeal to the city, outlining the specific items to appeal.
(B) The appeal will be submitted to the City Clerk to be placed on the agenda of the Hopkinsville City Council for resolution.
(C) A simple majority vote by the City Council will reverse or affirm the action by Community and Development Services.
